Simply roll them onto your wrists rather than stretching them over to prevent over stretching.

To use as a diffuser bracelet, add a couple drops of your favorite essential oil and rub into the wood beads. Breathe in the scent throughout the day and enjoy! Be sure not sure use a lot of citrus oils as these may thin out the bracelet string.
